Gift Here in our community the Feast of the Epiphany is celebrated by the joy of sharing and gift giving. Through the help of relatives and friends we have...
A new Gift giving...the wise men/women of Frances..

"Despedida" Party - Theough the initiative of Sikap members, a "despedida" party for Sis. Juanita B. Guzman who was leaving for the united States, was held at the Rice Mill of the Barret Family and every member of the group brought their share of food. It was an event filled with Christmas spirit of love and sharing.  It was also during this party that the official launching o.f the movement was made - "Sipag! Sikap! Sagip!".

Daughters of St. Paul - During the "Despedida" Party, another group was formed, this time it was the female counterpart of the Knights of St. Paul and Sis. Ema Mello was elected President of the Group. With the formation of this group, the coming fluvial celebration of the Feast of Saints Peter and Paul on 2009 will be more festive so we invite all our "kababayans" to join us in the coming celebration

Friends Forever The formation of this group was a big surprise but was welcomed by all. The members are not limited to those in the Catholic Church. This would signal the beginning of a non-sectarian group the would hopefully push the movement "Sipag! Sikap! Sagip!" to maturity in its desire of becomming the fulcrum of unity among the different groups in barangay Frances.
